Do you think Jagex will notice?

With all the RWT of gold going on through Bounty Hunter, don't you guys wonder if Jagex will find out about it?

 

They've probably already noticed. What are they gonna do, Shut down BH?

If they do, they might as well shut the whole game down.

 

well, I quess they are sure that it's happening and maybe they could see by who. Maybe they can check it in their system and see how many times people wear sara/zammy pl8's and gets killed, not sure afcourse.

 

Yeah, Jagex definitely knows by now. They won't close down BH, but they will begin to monitor the games carefully and ban people for RWT.

 

They've already noticed what do you think happend to easter eggs?

 

RWT will never be stopped people will always find a way

 

They know RWTing is still alive through Bounty Hunter, but what can they do? The only way to completely stop RWT is by removing any and all things PvP from the game, which they know they can't do as they would lose too many players for it to be ignored.

 

They know about it but can only do so much to stop us.

 

Even if they completely stop it there would still be gold farming..

 

True, but they wouldn't risk completely stopping it anyway, they want their money more then anything.

 

I suppose the last resort would be to take out the ability to go rogue.

 

How would bounty hunter work then?

 

JaGEX will already know that RWT is going on (Like others have said). Although in my opinion, I think they're scared to do anything about it. I mean, they've already lost a handfull of their customers due to their recent updates.

JaGEX have a major decision to make:

1) Close BH, and stop RWT.

or

2) Keep BH open, and keep their few dedicated users.

they probably found out about bounty hunter before it came out. i'm willing to bet that they knew that this was the only was to put RWT to a minimum

 

Guarantee you they already know. They also know that there's pretty much no way to stop RWT'ing without taking out any sort of item/gold exchanging system.

Well, eventually they will notice but they can't really do anything. They can't ban you for bringing expensive idems inot BH and dieing.

 

Exactly, and what the other posters said is true, they can't ban you for dying in BH, I highly doubt they will shut down BH, all I can think of a is a cap to what amount someone can bring in.

 

If theres a cap people just do smaller trade increments and yes they have I was going to say same as xix said about easters
A cap would just lose more players really
