KaUrrrr or whoever is a scammer

This is my Paypal claim, cant be annoyed to write something new:

And yet again I got scammed.

This proves that after I paid, he just logged out and didn't give me the account details:

This proves me that he owns an account on Sythe.org, I made it so he would get banned there. (they constantly have to ban scammers)

I was buying an Steam account, he told me he could sell me one, I was busy since I got scammed by some other person, so after half an hour of talking to him, we finally decided to trade. He told me the account name, I sent the money, and he didn't tell me the password, and logged out instead.

The picture 1 has the proof that he logged out after I sent the money.

I also keep, as usual, my MSN Plus! chat logs - everything I and he said is saved in a log file. If needed, I can take pictures of my chat log as additional proof.





EDIT: His name is Kaur Pikhoff, he lives in Estonia, he goes to school "Iisaku Gümnaasium" , he is 15 years old, his phone number is 53340357. He is a known scammer.
