Well I weighed 105 pounds last October before I started weight-lifting in January. In about 5 months, I weighed in at about 125. That is a 20 pound increase, without using any weight-gainers or whey protein drugs. All you have to do is be motivated enough to go to the gym, and commit to it. Keep telling yourself that you're still weak and that there are other people out there whom you dislike that can still beat you up, and you will keep going. That worked for me, and eventually I got stronger than them. Persistence is key.

get a personal trainer, you may vomit after the first workout but after one week of vomitting, youll see it gets easier

Lol a personal trainer is costly and not required. And chances are you won't vomit anyways. Just make sure you receive instruction from someone else at the gym who knows what they're talking about(ie someone who is older and has more experience). Never lift more than your body can handle, if you're straining muscle, you're only hurting yourself; not making yourself stronger. Make sure you warm up first. You do not want to tear a muscle.

if you want to get shit done right, you should get a personal trainer and you will vomit
tell me, if you know so much, answer these questions, try not to look them up:

-what are most effective, sit ups or crunches?

-how long should you train for a day and how many days a week?

-how much do personal trainers cost?

Well since I'm being quizzed, here are my answers:

    1. I prefer to do crunches, I believe they concentrate more on your abdominals than sit ups; sit ups also have a greater spectrum of being done incorrectly.

    2. This depends on what type of training you are doing(ie endurance or strength)?

    3. This question is SO hilarious. Don't you think this depends on where you live? Since I live in Egypt, I know that they cost some 3 pounds a session. So if you go 4-5 times a week, you'll be paying about 14 pounds per week. Multiply that by 4 weeks, and you got almost 60 extra pounds you can be saving, just by asking someone else who is more experienced than you. And they're ALWAYS happy to help.

Regardless of what a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 20% is pretty neat to maintain. 15% is good for any serious athletes. 10% is good for any hardcore 5-times a week weightlifting people.

so google for BMI calculator. If you want to build muscle, first you MUST shed all your fat (to atleast BMI of 15%) then eat high protein foods while exercising and this will build lean muscle which you could actually see.
