I had this emote commissioned and he is using it without crediting or providing compensation

As I have asked, and told you - I will happily find out where it came from.

I have no problem removing it, I just want to know why it's there to begin with.

Please remember to add the full snippet, not just the parts you want -

I have also contacted the member in question of who I believe added it.

I like how you keep using the word "childish" when I'm actively trying to resolve an issue.

I have never used any form of 'condescending' language towards you, and you start calling me childish for bringing an issue to your attention.

As a owner of your own discord, all you had to do was remove it when I provided proof, but instead you want to 'ask the member who added it where he got it from'.

Perhaps in the future let your staff know not to steal from other discord/Twitch channels their unique emotes.

 

You are being childish, something so simply to resolve does not need a dispute to do so. I don't know where it came from so obviously I have reached out to find out why they used it, as I do not want them stealing property that isn't theirs.

You could of sorted it with me instead of blocking me, which again is a childish move as I could have then added you to a contact chat with the user(s) in question of which are using other people's images that they shouldn't, hence why I am happily stepping in and contacting to see where they got things from.

As I said - If there is any more serious matters, feel free to contact me none the less, something so simple that isn't really of importance as it can just as easily be deleted at any point doesn't really need such serious manner to it.

Just to state - I have removed it, and also nothing has been broken on my end regardless.

If you feel you are owed something, you're free to argue with yourself. I will still be finding out where the picture came from, and if it's not from your sources will be re-added.

Sure, if you paid for the specific emoji its not allowed to be ripped off your server and uploaded elsewhere without permission. @Dbuffed if you haven't already done so, please remove it from the server.

I'm surprised you two can't handle this between yourselves.
