Basically, a completionist that gave up on the game because of all the "quality of life" changes, that catered to extreme casuals. There is no more prestige in pvp, so I have no interest in playing.

It's a fully stacked account for people who love to pvp, pve, whatever. 365 ilvl warrior main, took me 1 day to level to 120, and another 4 hours to get to 365 ilvl so I don't see any enjoyment in leveling up and maxing 1 of each class, on each faction like I did the other expansions. So you have many many many characters to choose from, level, enjoy and experience the game on an elitest account.

Basically everything is maxed... so yeah.. there is also a 101 twink with over 7m gp invested that got destroyed with the release of bfa, haven't tried to use it to run dungeons yet, so feel free to do that as well. It could solo anything, even maxed 110's in legion.
