    But u can only go pc after 40+cb so the only way u get 99range str mage def atk or w/e is if u get either mage or range up with cannon or alchs or confuse tele until ur 40cb then do what u said

    People are fucking retarded...
    PC used to have no requirements... any level could enter. If they repaired barricades, they could get points.
    Cannons can train Ranged without HP experience.
    If somebody made an account in RuneScape Classic, and then transferred it over to current RuneScape, they would have 9 HP. If people actually read the posts or knew anything about this fucking game, they wouldn't need to spam so much. Now, how much would you like for the account?

    he could of use dwarf cannon for range since it dosent raise hp. im still curious how its 9 hp, but range would of got up by dwarf cannon and u used to be able to pc under lvl 40.
