Sythe.org New Look Revision #2.

Looks good, don't like the light blue category bars though.

 

I think it looks great but this skin is just classic and I don't think it's necessary to change.

 

Will the ranks stay the same as they are now?

I love the background, not crazy about the lighter blue used for the category heading's background though.

If this is asking too much.. please forgive me. But I think it would be cool to be able to pick a different shade of color for the background.
Example: I am getting tired of so much blue. I should use this sweet red color for now.

 

Don't like the forum category colors.. the bright blue etc... looks too much like the new profile pages, which I'm not too fond of either.

Sythe wanted to stick to the current basic color scheme, which is blue, so blue it shall stay.

Ads won't be removed - they keep the site alive.

Well, one thing that is bugging me about this is the fact that not all the arrows in the forum names are aligned properly. It is very distracting !!!

I always attempt to make my mockups look realistic before I go and code them !! (I mean alignment and how it will in brows) It is the right thing to do you should do it too!!

Never mindI understand it is the fact that you wish the forum name bar thing background to be the same background color as the background color of this post! I see!

But that color isboring and dull! I think we should use more gradients like in the original new look revision thread!

Well, it's close enough for only a mockup, I'm lazy with mockups as it'll end up aligned right in the code so why bother?


@Curt, I did have it like that, but Sythe refused it and chose the light color it currently is.

and cp, ultimately it's up to sythe and he chose the version it currently is.

 

I must say it looks allot better than the old one.
Also you have "user cp" is this un capitalized for a particular reason?

 

i love the blue but it makes us look like every other site...

 

Very nice layout, i wouldn't mind a different colour combination, I would love to see sythe look like this, i hope it happens.
