Omg SCAMMED BY GOLD4RS.COM

Ok i ordered 30mil from gold4rs, my acc had around 110mil on it and when i logged in i had 0 gp no items in the bank and all cash gone and i was at bh.....................

i bought gold from them b4 and compared ips and they were the same, what shud i do?

Advice for future, don't keep any valuables on your accounts when letting people do gold farming for u.

sue them they give u their number on site so u can track their address and send them a letter telling them to refund u or the next time u will contact them is in court

 

Wow, don't you feel sorry for these people? GO ONYoutubeand search sweatshops. They pick 7 year old children and make them play on the computer for hours doing repetitive tasks on games like RS and WOW not only that the play 18 hours and only get a 6 hour restation period sue, but file child abuse in your lawsuit if you can

 

Your RS account and any items/cash on it are property of Jagex.
No law applies to the selling of RS currency/items - from a legal standpoint it was neither theirs to sell, or yours to buy.
You still compromise your account by giving them your password and bank pin, no matter how trustworthy they are. Their business revolves around getting their hands on gold to sell, and in the past these type of businesses have gone to measures like running sweat-shops, stealing gold, and accounts. Would you trust them with your account? Not if it's worth anything.
They are unregulated, and do not own what they are selling, and neither do you once you buy it, so you aren't buying gold/items - you are buying their promise you'll get the gold quick and on-time. You have no way (without cooperation from Jagex) to prove they broke that promise.

No, I wasn't giving an opinion, the account and everything on it is intellectual property of Jagex Ltd, it's there in the small print when you make an account.

It is my opinion though, you won't be able to prove beyond reasonable doubt they broke contract, without cooperation from Jagex since your claim can only be proved/disproved by the data in Jagex's servers. I hope someone proves me wrong and does successfully sue them - I doubt it though.

 

RID is kinda right.. And even if you did "sue" if it got involved with jagex, your account would be banned for breaking the rule anyway?

 

I actually had a conversation with "veronica". After threatening her and providing information that they have scammed all she had to say was "I don't think we do that....bye."

You do not own the account/items/gold etc

You need to read the fine print in the TOS.

You cannot sue for something you do not own, And as far as rendering services, You are technically selling/buying something that is not yours intentionally, which means, if jagex really wanted to thet could sue YOU.

 

Simply true. Also if you try to sue you think chinese and American court will work together? I don't think you'll have a good change against them
