need help with account recovery on super

Getting back into runescape for the first time in a couple of years, and it shows I have a ban, but don't have a hyperlink. If I could figure out what it's for and resolve it that'd be awesome. Sythe is "Super"

-recovery phone number

account email should be [redacted] I don't recall setting a phone number, but if I did it's [redacted] and ah I see. I had family situations going on because of the hurricanes at the time. I can pay that out to him whenever. I'll try to reach out on skype if I can find the old messages.

 

Is there a reason you're trying to recover your account from two different states?

Can you give me the full recovery number?

 

It's one state. Maybe different posts from phone/laptop. Full number is [redacted].
