I currently purchased Veng's OSRS HAND-TRAINED skilling services.
([EX- MOD][$200 Donated][200+ Vouches] Veng's Skilling Services [100% HAND DONE]) the services I paid for were originally: 40/80/1 we then spoke about doing more which was fine and was paid for and was being done which was, 40-60 attack, 60 Mage, and 80 range.

I looked-up my account on hiscores to see how my accounts levels were going once I entered my username it was not showing any levels I found that extremely odd so I logged into my account via runescape forums and on account section it said my account was banned, this whole service was meant to be "HAND-TRAINED" as stated in thread and if that was the case my account should not be banned, this is not ok.

 

Like i said my worker uses runelite so i'm waiting for him to come online.

Also you've been pretty sketchy lately since you lost a lot of money and could be trying to get a refund from me. (will edit later when i'm free)

The worker is unable to provide Runelite screenshots due to their computer having issues. As such, the entire service will be refunded + the supplies that were left on the account to @Invested, which I believe comes out to around 113M 07.

 

It's a shame it came down to this from wanting a hand-done service, how do I collect my refund from you or veng?

 

received refund a shame my service didn't get completed due to macro banned.
