Mirino Hacked

Hi,

Yesterday evening while sitting on the toilet, I couldn't log in Sythe anymore. My account was online though.
I had an 2FA for a long time, Audio said he couldn't see that I had one though. I told them to hit me with DnT or Ban me ASAP, before somebody gets scammed with my account.

My discord is still connected to my sythe, Mirino#1324.
My mail [redacted] got changed to a different e-mail (Audio sent me some screens, the new one isn't mine.)

Also the location from the connections changed from [redacted] (using my normal IP right now), to a weird VPN address I guess (Also information from Audio).

I don't know if I have had any security questions 3 years ago, if there is one just lmk, and I'll know the answer to it hopefully.

And well.. OSRS is gone too right now. Hopefully can get it back.
My AV is currently checking, I'll post the final result in an hour or so, when it's done. (Sorry it's german.)

Can we link the whole account to a newer e-mail? I've had troubles with that one in the past, no idea how else they would've gotten in.

1) Can you give me the full email address that was registered to the account prior to the hack?
2) If the registered birthday is your actual birthday, can you provide an ID pic to confirm this? (You may block out any irrelevant information)
3) Lastly, do you know your recovery phrase? Hint: ***3

If you can provide the above, please also give me a new email address to add onto the account.

 

(Currently on my home wlan, this is not the IP i usually used to login from, it's only in the first thread used, as its in my work.)

I've changed the email to the one you've provided and sent a password reset. I've also lifted the ban on the account. I'd highly recommend you to put 2fa on your account asap.
