Yeah this is quiet bothersome.

several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.


and some sections say I am muted and to contact a administrator.


All I am trying to do is post some concept art that i drew for the mmo.

 

You're not muted. You're probably referring to Something for All/Community General/Dispute Forum, where your thread must be approved before it is shown.

 

No, I can't post in any section. I couldn't even post in this section earlier. Just said i was muted.


Edit: seems to be fixed now. only section I can not post in though is the concept art section.
