Ip ban appeal.

Hello , like half year ago i got ip banned because SIGEX and one member from sythe (hitman(numbers)) made a fake that i scammed some guy for guide and sigex hacked my sythe account , so i created another one to make a dispute , but when hitman reported me for double accounts (i didin't know that i can't have 2 accounts) and i got ip banned . Now i want to get back into sythe ( i use proxy atm ) so please give me a chance and unban my ip My ip is 88.222.69.182 . Thanks
