I believe in God. Not many gods but a GOD.

Muslims, Jews, Christians all have the same God. Weren't the Books all from him?

 

I really wish people that posted in this thread posted in a rational manner providing both decent argument and evidence to support their argument. But hold on a minute, there is no evidence to support the concept of a "God," therefore it would be irrational to assume one exists.

 

Yes, Jews, Muslims and Christians worship the same Abrahamic god. It's the 'overlord' of the monotheistic religions. Doesn't it strike you as a bit odd that God would let other religions claim to be the right one, the ultimate, indisputable word of God without at least letting people know the right path, via himself instead of 'prophets'? (and I use the term prophet loosely as I firmly believe all prophets are either delusional or lying power-hungry scum - or both)

I do believe in god. But honestly, religions are a waste of time. You don't need to go to church to believe in god.. or any other religion..

 

But there is the fault why do you believe in god? Is it some fear of the afterlife and your hoping that someone will save you eternal soul?
or are you just following the masses with a god must be real thing that seems to be going on?

agreed. i dont quite belive in the christian religion. or any other but i do belive theres some kind of Upper sense or something higher spirit. doesnt have to be a god tho.
