I bought this account for 165m osrs gp. Account was recovered around a week ago. Since then it now has 75 attack and the name is changed on it back to what it was when I purchased it. Also the email is now is changed to the login name for the account. I contacted him in hopes he would help me recover it but he was acting shady and told me he isn't refunding or recovering the account for me (don't want it now that it's not secure) Have all pictures below.

Here's me contacting him yesterday about it being recovered (haven't played in a few not exactly sure how long ago it was recovered) atleast 3 weeks. and it's set to his email and the exact name in game as his discord name and what it was when he sold it to me. (Cawcaine)

I understand I have scammed someone in the past therefore resulting in me having to make new accounts over and over again to be able to make purchases (have changed my ways since then) and if this guy is willing to refund the money I would like to pay off my debts owed so I wouldn't have to make any new accounts. Would also like to know the amount of my debt if possible. But if all else fails atleast this scumbag will also be banned. Thanks

 

You forgot to mention that you contacted me to insult me and to threaten me. I would had been pleased to help you but you were quite rude. I did not recover the account, neither do I have access to it. I am not interested as I sold it to you. And yes, I still use Discord and Sythe. I have a mule account I use on Runescape still.
I sold you the account 4 months ago and you changed everything as we finished the trade. If I had ever wanted to scam you, I could had also scammed different people who have recently used my Firecape service. But, I have not and will not.

 

@Vallance I could had helped him but he didn't ask for my help politely. I don't work that way. And no, I am not leveling the account or whatever. I am only on Sythe for businesses and to sell RSGP. This guy just wants to call attention to get unbanned because he really scammed someone in the past and have been ban-evading.
In addition to that, he has been trying to get on my Discord account. I don't know what is wrong with him but he is not cool.

 

@Bonice Hi my dude! Regardless of his professionalism, You are the OO of the account. Therefore an account recovery should be of no issue for you do to. Seeing as the account is no longer deemed 'safe' for obvious reasons, a refund of 165m 07 should be given back to
Kwanuben/HotelOregon.

Please respond when refund has been issued, if longer than 48 hours, it will result in a Ban.

 

@Island I don't have 165M 07. I sold it. I will try to recover the account tonight.

 

Recovery is not an option. The account is unwanted and unsafe at this point.

 

@Island So he doesn't want the account back? I don't have money? I don't have the account either. I feel like I am being the one getting scammed and losing money... This guy set this up. Now he wants his money back and I get nothing? I can recover the acc but I also want what I sold it with. If you look at the bank pics, he had more than 10M in items and like 2M RSGP. Besides, I sold him the account with 1 def and the account has 13 def and 75 attack. I sold him it with 60 attack.

Basically, now I have to give 165M back to someone who ruined my account and got the account hacked. I recover the account and I lose 165M plus the stats and the bank. How is this fair for me?

He doesn't want the acc and I don't have the money. Now I get banned from a banned guy because he is bullshitting? I am not going to take the acc as it was ruined.

 

The user has tried to ask for a recovery, and you failed to recover the account for the user initially (which is essentially your job as a seller of the account).
The account is no longer safe to use. You are not willing to recover the account when asked, making this account not safe.

Whether you have the money or even want the account, a refund has been asked and that's the only viable solution here for both parties. Unless you have proof saying otherwise from the buyer that he is indeed interested in keeping the account instead of a refund, 165m 07 refund should be issued still by December 22nd, @1p est.

 

This is very unfair. I didn't recover the account in the first place because he was being rude. If he had asked me to recover the acc politely because he got hacked, I would have done it without problem. He just wants the money back and I get scammed. Yes, I get scammed. I didn't win anything by recovering an account which stats were modified. Also, I don't even hace access to the bank because it has a bank pin which I don't know. Now, you @Island wants me to get 165M 07 in less than 2 days, first you posted "48 hours" on December 21st and now you say I have till December 22nd. I can't get 165M in less than 2 days.

In conclusion, I have to give 165M 07 to someone who is not even an user on Sythe and get back the account I sold totally modified and without knowing if I even have 12M+ I had in the bank when I sold it. Who is going to give me back the pure I sold with 12M+? You @Island? I highly doubt it someone is going to give me back anything.

If I were a scammer, I could have scammed different people from my Firecape services these last days and just scam quit this site.

I have been honest and this is what I get from the place, thank you @Island. I guess banning me for not being able to give 165M back to a scammer / ban evader in less than 2 days makes you happier. Not to mention, I am the one losing money because of his story.

Okay so for one when you sell someone an account it does not matter what stats have been trained on the account because it's no longer yours anymore, but when you decided to recover the account and claim it as your own again and level up the attack levels from 65-75 by yourself and change display name back to your ign. Account never had bank pin. You must have set it on there yourself. You are the one who decided in the beginning that you were not going to recover the account for me because I was "hacked" (BTW I AM NOT) that's when I noticed the display name was changed back to what is was when you sold me aswell as 75 attack being trained and I thought to myself oh well that's pretty obvious why he doesn't want to recover it for me because he's taken it back for himself. Enough of your bullshit pettiness. Of course I don't want the account anymore rofl you straight hacked it back and are even making stuff up. My "story" is all pictures my man. You look like an idiot here. And for your 10m in items on the account when you sold it to me, I had 10m items when you recovered it from me (no pics of this) but I'll deduct it out of what you've scammed me for on the account so in total I would be fine with 155m. I am willing to do some kind of payment arrangement since you've stated you don't have it all at once. Unblock me on discord if you'd like to figure something out.
And stfu with the "this is not fair" BS i'm the one down 165m, all you've done is gain from this quit trying to play victim
