You've been following the same direction in my opinion. Which by the way, (no offense) looks like you are not improving one bit. Work on more complex backgrounds, and when you have something, make it blend in, if you must, do a gradient map, and change the fonts to something with more flow. To me, drop shadow for fonts looks pretty bad, at all times.

The second one is a lot better, but again, it lacks flow to me

well I'm trying my best to understand the concept of having a complex background for my sig can you post examples or link me to someone with the details you are describing.

You can either find an image that looks like it would fit as the background, do some gradient overlays, some filters and make it blend. Or, you can just copy it a few times, then mess with filters, and gradients and the brush tools. I haven't done a ps work in months (3-4), so I can't give direct controls, etc. but I think you're doing good, just work on more complex things. Read up on tutorials, ask one of the mods, watch videos, or just mess around in photoshop all day.

Ok lets get started shall we =P Overall Im going to have to give you last sig there the best done that youve shown its actually pretty decent.
Some of my tips for you would be to not use so many effects over your renders it doesnt tend to look exactly right.A little bit is ok and im not one to determine how much is exactly right it varies.

The first one I don not like at all because the colors dont really match up its alright and everything but try and blend it a little give it some depth and match the render colors with the background.my suggestion look up some tutorials for backgrounds I mean overall the backgrounds arent too bad.Jst a little tutorial never hurt anyone good for improvement.

The second one I like too the blue compliments the render pretty well but like I said take the effects of the render do a little bluring and add a light source.

Your third one my only problem is the text well my problem with all of them is the text but find a different text and maybe a color to compliment the overall flow of your signature.

I feel pretty amateurish to all of this advice stuff so if I didnt help any maybe vision or Tdd can help.

    Happy sig making

The text looks too out of place, the only one I like is in your sig. You seem to have followed the same path on all of the sigs, try something new and keep practicing!

The text is too fancy to fit into the sig, i'd like to see a piece like that of Boxwood's first one, it has a really nice flow to it and looks very simple, and simple looks good.

Alright... You need to learn or work on the following things...

    Blending - Very important
    Choosing the right text/color/placement
    Use of gradients

Sorry if I'm being harsh. But it's what ya gotta do

Well the backgrounds aren't very complex plain a bit make them a bit more like wow you know what I mean? Also you need to make the background and picture stand out. Sorry I have to give it a 7/10.
