[GUIDE] How to spot a fake MM imposter on MSN

Requirements:
MSN
Computer
Sense of Securtiy​

1. While buying on sythe.org or selling anything people may add you on MSN claiming to be a real middle man (official). They most likely change there viewing name to something close to a real MM take example this asshole on my list.
Look as he tries to copy Dorito (official MM)

Top is fake, bottom is real.

2. Always ask your Middle Man to send you a message on sythe before you go into any business to clarify he is the real person he claims to be. It'd be safe to ask for MM thread and vouches.

3. Also, it's always good to keep a close eye on his behavior. If he keeps rushing you to hurry up then thats not a good sign. Hopefully you can atleast find out his sythe name during your conversation and report him in the Scammer section.

4. Finally one last tip is this, people can change their names so you can see
"Kevin" and not there entire MSN address this is an easy scam for most scammers, take example this.
Someones name is "Imp - Official Sythe MM." Which is the real name of the REAL Middle man, but someone logs on and types a similar MSN email as theres.
Real Imp Email. "[email protected]"
Fake Imp Email. "Imp.sythe"e"@aim.com"
It's as easy as that to catch a scammer, so to make sure always scroll over their name (on meebo, not sure on MSN download) to see there details.

(NOT A SCAMMER) Take for example how is nickname is Kevin, but that isn't his MSN name? Easy as that for a scammer to trick you.

eh, all you need to do is ask them to pm you on sythe. Didn't necessarily have to write a whole guide about it, but good effort I guess.

 

I figured I'd just type it up for the new kids on sythe =.=

 

Pretty much common sense. BUT i give you a 7/10 for effort and 8/10 for usefulness.
