thank you.. nobody even talked about my idea or even considered it everyone was just bitching as usual about how many hours it will take them from their level to their desired one. gets annoying this weekend im gunna make a fuckin chart so we can kill all those questions.

It took Jagex 6 months to get to the stage they could ban anyone, with the last program. Version 1-3 were very similar, but with V4 the entire bot will be different.
I don't know where you got your information, but nobody was banned the day the last version came out. Jagex did moniter people though, one guy used the bot 20+ hours each day the first couple of days, and J-Mods came to speak to him in-game on 3 separate occasions, before eventually banning him about two days after it came out, and shortly after banned quite a few others, but this was a long time ago, and an old version of the program and there was not a huge change from V2 to V3.
Remeber, in the final month using the most recent version, no players were banned. Logically, it should be the safest time to bot, ever, when the new program comes out - if you've read about what the update includes. If there are any sightings of J-Mods at the MTA though, you will be notified via the news system, but they don't go around banning just anyone.
There probably won't be many more people at the MTA than usual, but if you're not sure about the risks, you could wait for a few days/weeks and see how things pan out. It's up to you, but personally I don't think there is any risk at all, if you use the bot sensibly and responsibly.

It will be able to buy again when it's released. It says "Available to buy:20/08/08" on the site but that may get pushed back again...

 

There is no link to buy it atm seing as there is no bot out. V4 is coming out soon. Hopefull 20th august..
V3.03 was latest version and that don't work now because of graphic update =]
