How to make a good myspace.

Hey, Its dragoon again and i've got another guide for you =].

This is my guide on making your very own myspace.

The only requirements are to....

1. Have a computer.

2. Have an email address.

Now that we know the requirements lets get started =].

Step 1. Go to www.myspace.com

Step 2. Find where it says "Sign up!" and click it.


Step 3. After you have clicked sign up you will be brought to this menu.....


Step 4. Fill out that form will all of your information. Heres an example...


Step 5. After you filled all that out go to your email address and activate
your account. (I cant take a pic of this because i have already done it).

Step 6. Once your account is activated log in and now we start editing it.

Step 7. On the next screen you will see "Edit profile". Click that.

Step 8. You will see a bunch of boxes where you can fill out all your information. Like in this picture.

Step 9. After you have filled out all your information its time to choose a layout =]. Go to http://www.myspacemaster.net/ and choose 1 of many layouts that you would like to see on your myspace.

Step 10. After you have chosen the layout you want for your myspace click "Get myspace layout codes" right below it and you are brought to this.


Step 11. Log into that section and hit ok it should say this...

Step 12. Go back to your myspace and click this

Step 13. If every thing has gone correctly you will be able to see your new layout.

Step 14. Adding music.... Click this at the top of your myspace..

Step 15. Now search for your favorite band.. Like this

Step 16. Now click on the artist's link like this .

Step 17. Now find the song you want and click the button that says "add" next to it like this

. Once you clicked that it will be added to your profile and thats all you have to do.


Step 18. Uploading pictures.. This is very easy to do.. All you do is click this and then find your picture then upload it.

Step 19. Adding videos. Do the same thing you did for adding pictures. Very simple.

Step 20. Adding friends... This is also very easy. Once you have found a person you want to add to your friend list just click "Add me" on their profile.. Like this

Step 21. Once you have some friends you can send them messages or leave them comments. If you really like that friend you can add them to your "Top friends" Like this...

Step 22. You then drag them up into the "red zone" which indicates they will be in your top friends list. Like this...

Step 23. Adding a youtube video to your profile. First find the youtube video you want to add and click this...

Then choose the place where you want the vid to be posted and click "Post it" like this

Step 24. If you have done every thing correctly you should be able to see the video where you told it to go. Like this....

Well this is my guide to making a good myspace.. I know its not everything that you can do but its the important stuff. If i added everything you could do it would take hours. I hope this helped you. -Dragoon.

 

This is great for new users, yet making a myspace is very simple. But anyway this is a nice guide 8/10!

 

Good guides lots of pictures. But Facebook is better

Great guide lol and funny to see how you went to System of a Down's page to get a song because my first song was from them on myspace.

 

I enjoyed the guide, although I prefer using lovemyflash.com for myspace layouts. They're much cooler if you ask me.

Very good, long and detailed guide. Though, it's a little messy in my oppinion, maybe tidy it up a little?

 

Nice guide. But I like a basic white in the middle and black on the side backround. With comment friend etc.. hidden. and I a comment box.

 

Much better guide now that you've cleaned up the pictures.
