Sadly there's not really a market for rs3 accounts these days due to the game being in serious decline (through MTX, lack of content etc) and playerbase is constantly declining.

You'd be able to sell it with enough time probably given you're reputable but the price probably wouldn't be worth the effort. Probably something like 30-40m 07, better off just keeping the account in case Jagex miraculously make rs3 worth playing.
