Whats the fastest ways to create a Polypore staker account?

I'm looking into buying/creating a polypore staking account for fun and to make some gps on the side. I see all these kids offering polypore services. They can get 99 magic, defence, and hitpoints in 7-14 days. Can anyone tell me how? I'd like to create the account and train it myself but my training methods are outdated. Anyone have any suggestions besides botting?

really that place gets you 1-99 mage and defence in 2 weeks?

 

I would first get 70 def and 70 mage before go at this place and get good gear. Yeah that's good xp but in 2 weeks you will need to no life.

 

This is the cheating section, you may have better luck finding non-botting methods in the RuneScape General section.

I would recommend finding something that's 100K Xp/HR at least! AND AFK.

There are many ways of training stats with ease. 14 days? Yeah, personally, I'd say that's a lot of time, considering I've gained 50M+ mage xp in that period of time. You could do Kree'arra semi-afk depending on your stats. Personally I did 2 weeks of Kree'arra (mostly afk, needed only to re-ovl with penance aura) and gained 50M+ xp plus a lot of gp (I was, however, hunting pet). Naturally I was on a maxed account, there's no denying that, but if you google you can actually see that the biggest challenge is getting to late 70s since afterwards you enter the afk'ing zone.
