User must be trusted 100+ Vouchers,
Account will only have the wealth needed for the levels that need to be achieved. It will have chins for 89-93 range, then I will add more once those levels are completed.
There must be a time frame and a deadline for it to be completed. Obviously life happens but I don't want multiple excuses why its not done... In the event its not done after the time line you provided ,after 1 week I will ask for refund.
In the event you accidently level my defence, I will ask for a full refund for the accounts worth in 07. This will be done VIA a price check threw sythe.

This is just a few of the finer details I expect. If your willing to tackle this chore dm me here and Ill add you on disc. When you dm please add a price in 07 I will only go first if I feel your deemed trusted. As I was just scammed by TottieGod a 300$ donor for 400m!
