lost account ?

My s7 edge that had my authenticator app had a sudden swollen battery and stopped working, so I no longer have access to that I'm pretty sure.

I've since moved from when I created / used my account the most (different home ip address )

I think I can access the email registered to the account , but will there be a work around for the 2fa? never donated w/ paypal , ect .

Anyways this is the link to my profile , what next steps should I take ?

Please tell me the registered email on the account as well as previous ISPs, locations. The account is a donor account, when did you donate? Through whom? Do you have any proof of this?
