Diete refusing refund

@Diete and I agreed that 30m would be paid for desert treasure, 40-55 thieving upfront. Then another 4m for 40-50 firemaking. Then upon completion he could do monkey madness aswell and I would pay an additional 10m once I got more gold.

He's wasted 2 days of my time and gotten like 14 levels and nothing else completed.
He says he wont do anymore training or questing until I gave him an additional 14m (which is already on the account in 30m items and no bank pin)

I asked for refund after he literally did not do anything and he's telling me no refund. He says his TOS grants him the right to not give me a refund. But he voided TOS by not honoring our agreement.

The future service that I was going to pay him is not an impediment for the completition of the first one, he can't force me to pay it and he should had already completed the first one you pay for, he should be granted a twc for poor service practices.

We agreed on the 30M to do DT and thieving levels and was told everything else for reqs was completed, started the service, started doing the thieving levels....then my worker and I noticed he hadn't done the firemaking requirement, told him about it and gave him a quote. He accepted and then said I would like monkey madness done aswell, can you do both of those for me aswell? I said sure of course cant do the original service without it, so yeah plus its extra work more profit.

We agreed and started to do the firemaking and theiving.

Told me he was going to pay me later on if thats ok when hes back home, ( was at work or something dont remember ) and that he had no gp and hell buy when hes home, I offered to sell him the GP as I sell and buy gold. He agreed.

I tell him to hit me up when home, he does so, worker completed 50 FM and I believe 48-50 theiving to this point (not sure exactly) then he says I am not trusted enough for 100m even tho my vouches I think prove that multiple people have went first to me in $100+ trades and I've delivered... regardless to each there own right? I then told him I was offended by that and that why would he trust me with his account and service, he said 30M plus acc is better then 130M plus account... I said okay sure no problem go ahead find another buyer...

At the point I am like okay so am I going to get paid like he agreed later on when I always take payments up front but due to the situation I made an exception.

I msg him that night if hes got the payment, HE WAS ONLINE. I was ignored. Messaged again, was ignored...

Morning of he was on discord and Sythe activity showed he was online, no response? no update about the 14M gold nothing.

I then message him and say I will be pausing the service until he gets on to pay me because we wouldve been done that day and I was worried I wouldn't have gotten paid.

He comes back and gets angry..... says cancel the service, try to reason with him and State theres no refunds but if he wishes then 50% will be refunded plus skilling.
He agreed to TOS and read it.

He also LOGGED IN to the account then messaged me and told me nothing was done which also clearly states in TOS he is not allowed to do or service will be terminated and no refunds will be given.....



EDIT: just read the piece of shits post, he tells that there is 30M in items on the account when there was nothing close to 30M on the account.
I also told him the service is completed and to change the password when me and him had the discussion, did not mention a single item was missing, nor is it my responsiblity if it was.

EDIT: he also tells me his TOS was not honoured? He had zero TOS, nor did I give him a timeline on when the job was to be completed, nor were we able to complete it due to the firemaking which was an extra service that was agreed to be paid the day of so we can continue with the rest.... What a laugh!

DT should have been done. 30m was plenty of payment. 2 days is enough time.

 

He provided the info at around 11:40 EST time, I told him we would be on in 3 hours time, worker went on for a short period of time started the theiving as it was 2AM est time, went to bed and started in the morning. It was only that day the service was started fully as a "whole" day and stopped that evening after not recieving payment onto this current day. Nonetheless - timeline was never given, nor requested.

I am covering myself with my TOS because of people like you and I am fully in my rights to do so thats why its implemented.
I am not getting away with anyones money, you were trying to get away from paying "extra" for the "extra services" you REQUESTED that were "NEEDED" to finish your ORIGINAL service that was AGREED upon. I wasnt LOOKING for more work IT WAS OFFERED TO ME ( AKA MONKEY MADNESS ) and FIREMAKING was a priority to do to finish the original, you didn't have to pay for the MM quest you requested, but you WERE SUPPOSED TO PAY ME FOR MY FIREMAKING XP that I QUOTED YOU and you ACCEPTED.

at the end of the day if you did entire DT package like I gave you 30m for. I would've only owed you 4m. 4 measly dollars that you held service for over 30 hours. I spend more then $4 ever morning on coffee just to piss out.

Also due to you logging in before service was completed voided your service, I will see what a mod says due to that about no refunds if you log in.

 

Also to point out you charged me for 55 thieving which another user just pointed out only 53 is needed.

53-55 is 30k xp. 30k x 65gp = 1.95m

So at the end of the day I only owed you 2mil from original payment to cover DT

Oh and I logged in after I requested refund so no it doesn't work that way.

You were given 30m TO COVER DT. THAT MEANS YOU SHOULD'VE DONE THAT REGARDLESS. There was 30m in items in my bank that would cover you if I did not get the 2m that I owed you. You could have stopped service and waited for the rest before you started MM, You are just making excuses.

dude DT package should've been done. payment was given. 12m is for MM I wouldve had no problem if i came back today and that part of order was done.
