Email not being sent for password recovery

Forgot password for Lilmj27, having issues getting it back. [redacted] is the email it should assigned too iirc, I checked some others to and didn't see it. LMK if it's some sort of glitch or if I forgot the email.

Have you been hacked or banned due to suspicion of being hacked? Please provide us with as much of the following information to assist in the return of your account.

1. Post from your normal, home IP address.
2. Supply us with the current email connected to your account.
3. If you have a recovery phrase, please provide that. (This is something you would have set when you created your account.)
4. Include a virus scan screenshot to ensure that your computer is not infected.

NOTE: If the email connected to your account includes your name, feel free to expedite the recovery with a blurred version of your ID showing your name. The same goes for if your account has your birthday/year. (We can cross-match this information to make your recovery quicker.)

Unsure of some of the info? Posting from home may be enough, but if it isn't, we can possibly give hints based off of IP.

 

Assuming that this won't be publicly available.

1. Post from your normal, home IP address. This is my home IP currently, I've moved around a bit but it should be in the same city as my normal IP. Alternatively there may be some logins from my College IP
2. Supply us with the current email connected to your account. Looked through my email and found the instance where the hacker attempted to take the account. He tried to change it to [redacted]. It was originally at [redacted]
3. If you have a recovery phrase, please provide that. (This is something you would have set when you created your account.) No clue, what was the question?
4. Include a virus scan screenshot to ensure that your computer is not infected. It's not infected, nothing else was compromised. They tried to hack it via recovering from Sythe. Not sure how far they got before someone noticed.

Can give other information about it if it's needed, although it's been a while since I did anything so not sure what I have has been associated with the account.

Did you have a recovery phone number on the account? If so what was it? You will still need to provide a virus scan whether or not you believe your computer to be clean or not.

 

The phone number associated with the account was likely (removed). That's my only phone number

 

That's not the correct number - wrong state too. I can't give a hint for this besides saying it's closer to where you are now.

Do you know the previous email too? You missed that before.

Looks like you've been posting from college most recently, any chance your old email has your name in it and you can show a school ID blurred out with the parts that match?

If it's the wrong state, I'm guessing it'd be a [redacted], I live write on the tri-state area of [redacted].

Previous email I think I remember, it used to be [redacted]. [redacted] isn't my initials, my initials are [redacted], but [redacted] is my middle name. I could maybe access the [redacted] email, if that's not the email it was made with I may be out of ideas haha

That's my student id. It doesn't fully match my name on the original email ([redacted]) but it's from the correct location.

 

Please provide a new and unused email address for me to add onto the account.
