New Sig. - Blake Lively

I tried to make a white & grey themed sig. Inspired by billyy's sig, which was made by TDD, I tried to mix different shades of grey with the white background. I wasn't sure how to go about with the text. I think it could have been better. I will eventually get back to it. C&C as you please. Tips on how to improve the sig are always welcome.



So I redid the sig. Took out the "Lively" and added a border. The only problem I see now is that there is a big blank white space on the right of her now. Oh well. I think I'm going to keep the lively out and keep it with no border because it looks better.

I don't think the 'lively' should be there, looks out of place really.

I really like the way you did the blake text though, that looks really cool.

Out of curiosity, do you do sigs for other people? x__X

 

I agree with K0nka the lively does not fit in, all you need to do is take the lively bit out and it should be fine and maybe add a black/white border.

I'll redo it without the "Lively". There is a slight grey border. Can't really tell against sythe's BG color but if you right click>view image you can see it. I've only done sigs for fun & experience. I might be open to do some for other people though. What were you interested in?

 

I don't like how you made the black text, it doesn't fit in, and all you did was add different picture of the face at like 40 opacity and added another render over it, I don't like the amount of work put in to it, to simple for my taste, and no mayor effects that catch my eyes.

To simple for your taste? With the word simplicity in your signature I'm confused.

 

Well, if you compare this signature with mine you can tell that there's alot more going on in mine, simplicity because it was in a black and white version with not alot color.

 

It's all good. Also, never meant to doubt your skill in the other thread. Good shit though. Maybe I'll add stuff to it as I'm still a noob at GFX. This is like my 6th or 7th sig. attempt.
