RSPV creation

I'm looking for somebody who can run me through on getting a Silab Private Server running smoothly. Who ever helps me will get a reward, or something. I have a RS Pure I don't use to reward, yeah... lol.
And if desired, can have a spot as mod/admin in the server.

I have the IP, the whole no-ip thing done already.

Need help with the:
Source,
Port forwarding,
Editing to fit the server.
