Ok so this dude sent me 20 bones (bucks) and he claimed and "canceled". Now it says it need my attention, and I have 3 options: refund his payment, or some other stuff where i need to provide proof which I don't have. I think paypal took out cancelling because I had like 3 incidents happen like this

 

thats just an idiot failing to read instructions =p happened to me often they just claimed wrong. they acted as if they were not in control of the account
