Paypal questions!!

I have a couple paypal questions.

Can I receive money if my paypal is unverified? I think I might start acc training for money if I can.

Can I send money if my paypal is unverified? Like, can I buy a pin without entering bank acc or cc?

Yes you can receive money. My paypal is unverified and i can recieve money i just cant take it out or spend it so there is really no point.

No you can't buy a pin. I am gonna try buying one of those prepaid visas and try that but i dont know if that will work. I had one but now it has a negative balance. Even though it was verifeid they didnt take anything out of my bank or charge it to my credit card.

 

Damn, okay. ...Do you think it is possible to get five dollars on it and give someone the account XD

 

Let me tell you from my personal experience, as I am sure of what I'm about to tell you. You can receive money on US unverified accounts, but you won't be able to send it. You can send and receive money on AU unverified accounts. However, you can't fund either type without adding your bank account or credit card; but you can send money once you receive it from someone first.

 

Alright...so can I change it to AU to be able to send what I've received?
