PC, if you repair stuff, you still get points...it could be possible to have 99 range with like 10 hp...

 

not possible i have a feeling hp is either 19,29,39,49, or 59 because no way its 9 and i can see that its blurred out a bit

There ARE quests you can do for combat experience with no hp.

Waterfall quest, for instance, gets you 30 attack and strength.

U probaly got high hunter, and hunted the fairys, they give str xp.

And, u can get 9 hp if u had a lv3 from classic, and converted it to rs2, it will have 9 hp, instead of 10, or somethin like it, forgot.

I don't think they are doubting the fact that 9 hp is possible, I think they are doubting the fact that its 9 hp and has combat stats.

 

QUESTS! Quests can give ALL combat stats with no hitpoints... I think the guy wants offers not spam?

 

his had the acc since rsc..in rsc u could drink beer and lower ur attack lower then 10 so u can keep training at dummy's in varrock..this method was used by many pures in order to keep low hp .it gaved no hp xp.doest explain the rest tho >.<

Those are the only ways I know of how to do it.
He did train skills and stuff so he probably got lots of Genie Lamps. And Pest Control is the fastest way to do it though.

i did pest for range, all others werent pest control, theres a clue. and jessica you can buy bones for prayer, duuh? lol
