Personally I never knew this. I would recommend telling that person who created a new account that their appeal will be ignored until they post as a guest. This will teach people in the future not to do it again.

 

Yes, True true. I bet theres nothing more annoying then having to deny appeals from new accounts, Rather then posting by a guest.

Well, when I was hacked a while back, it did get quite irritating having to make a new thread over and over again. I also felt bad for taking up so much space in the forum when there are other countless disputes that I'm pushing down. So one day I asked Pen in the IRC if I could just make a new account and he/someone else could delete it after everything got resolved, which it did the next day, I think.

Eh, I guess my case is kind of different because I have contact to most of the staff outside of the site, so I can't really say.

I have seen Mods etc post on threads telling people this and they blatantly ignore it, therefore action should be taken and perhaps banning them.
