What if honestly, it's a generic crossbreed of different specices, and through it's differences, made it so the "monster", can't function properly, going on a rampage, and as the article said, the monster was supposevly "drowned", so it could probably be an Animal Cruelty crime, or an Murder. Whos knows? Scientists fuck shit up so badly, if that was an Experiment gone bad that escaped, and died by mistake, then F Scientist.

Well, obviously it's not a 'monster', but it just might be a mutated animal or an unknown specie of some kind - every once in a while, one of those things is found.

For example, there's a lake called lake Champagne in which scientists and biologits proved the existance of an unknown creature :]

 

I wouldn't call it a monster just something that we haven't discovered. Loads of animals we haven't discovered that could be considered 'monsters'

Yeah, there was a similar news to this, and they end up on the beach, and dead. To me, I think maybe in the deepest abysses, where sonar, light, nothing goes, there might be some crazy shit down there. You just watch some of the deepest divers film the scariest fishes, or whatever that is.

Ive seen a turtle have it's shell ripped open, they are like attached to it. There is no animal like that inside the shell is part of it.
