TB93 - Perm Ban - Self Vouch - Coincidence

Unlucky for the person who gave me an IP ban, i operate under a dynamic service which is available free for my local area, which brings us onto our next subject, how it could have been used by two account.

The mere fact that i dealt with someone in my area using this service is a coincidence, as you can see now i will be posting in a new IP as i asked the service operator to reset the system, i have re-contacted denhord and he says he is operating under the free service.

The counter-evidence to this is immense, obviously dynamic IP address are always operated, if not most of the time, by wide area networks. Also the sale of the accounts has been up since 2007, was i planning the self-vouch since then?

Now, here comes the part where you abide to my requests.

Under the data protection act any corporation, business or company must provide held data to one of its users ON DEMAND, failure to do so can cause a claim being made against you which can, and has seen, companies being pulled down and removed from service for failure to abide.

Some people call me persistent and annoying, but this is in situations that demand it, and if you make an enemy out of my you make an enemy of the state.

I hope you make the right decision for the stature of your forum and its members.

If you fail to remove the ban, and fail to provide my requested information, i claim to the ICO will be filed.
If you fail to remove the ban, and provide my requested information, then i believe your judgement is wrong.
If you remove the ban, and fail to provide the requested information, i will put this behind me.
