@gustavo martinez , sold me an account + some days later wrote me he wants the account back and willing to refund
It has been recovered today + a refund is pending

I don't believe accounts are refundable
The account has been sold on, I will have to refund this customer alongside a cancellation fee estimated @ $40 imposed by Playerauctions.com.
Not to mention the possibility of my customers' loss of in-game wealth
