    Well this is one of my few guides that i have created and I am quite active and try and be healthy for all the sports i play and one of the most important things to staying healthy is eating healthy food.


    TABLE OF CONTENTS:

    1. Make a schedule
    2. What not to eat
    3. What to eat




    MAKE A SCHEDULE:

    Well you should make a schedule for when you will eat your snack/breakfast/lunch/dinner. This is important because if you over-eat even if you are active you will still gain those unwanted pounds and not be as fit as you want to be. Personally I make a new chart every month with new and interesting healthy snacks. for instance this week my monday snack is some low fat yogurt with a few arrowroot cookies.

    WHAT NOT TO EAT:

    There are a few things not to eat but the main thing is greasy food and things that all you have to do is heat up.

    GREASY FOOD: These are very bad for you because they have tons of fat. Now these are the worst because unlike power bars that just have about 300-450 calories which you burn off when being active and going for jogs fat is very hard to work off and it will not even give you energy to go for a job.

    SOME FOODS TO STAY FROM:

    - Pizza
    - Chips
    - Cookies: not all but most of them some you can eat are arrowroot cookies
    - hot dogs


    WHAT TO EAT:

    Well there a few things you should eat but my favourite is the smoothie in the morning. not a smoothie like a vanilla smoothie or a chocolate one but a smoothie that is packed with energy and calories to get you ready in the morning for a nice refreshing morning job.


    WHAT TO PUT IN THE SMOOTHIE:

    - yogurt
    - strawberries
    - blueberries
    - bannanas
    - kiwi

    thats what i usually add.

    I also crunch up a power bar and sprinkle it on top to give me that extra boost of protein to get me ready for my jog.

    Um.. weird guide.. basic but its opinion what to eat and what not to eat not fact.. well in my case.. 5/10
