    Theres some small errors, and this is also very basic.

    The ones you said are sit ups are actually called dips.

    cool guide. You could mention dumbbell butterflies for gaining powerful triceps

    Eh, it's an OK guide but if you can get your hands on a curling bar and some good weights then that works 10 times better and faster.

    I do 3 sets of 20 reps every day, combined with a protein shake after, and my arms are much stronger than yours.

    You'll need to use some sort of progressive overload if you want to constantly get results.
    The third exercise you described are called dips.
    Taking protein will not make you fat, excess calories will make you fat, also taking protein supplements is natural, such as Whey Protein.

    Some people say 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight, some say even 2 per pound of body weight, some say 1 or 2 per pound of muscle, it all depends on the person, there is no correct amount, everyone is different.
    Eating 6 meals a day will provide the best results.
    Saturated fats are bad, however monounsaturated are good, such as salmon, etc.
    I think you're taking in too much protein for your body weight, but that's your choice.
    You shouldn't take the BCAA's during your workout, you should take them after it.

    Actually, they also train your triceps. So don't pretend like you know everything.

    Great guide, but the only complaint I have is that those aren't sit ups, they're dips. ;D

    7/10 guide, it was o.k + nice pictures, but i believe your missing some methods.. i am ripped(well strong)er than my age

    Add some information on how you do each move correctly, what the correct posture is for a push up etc. Otherwise, not a bad guide.

    P.S. Get bigger arms :p
