Warning for MSN users!

First off.. I don't know if this is the right location for this thread but I wasn't sure where to put it so if there is somewhere else that would fit it better, mods please move it.

Today I recieved an E-Mail from [email protected] telling me to verify my address and whatnot to ensure not losing my account even though I've had this account for quiet some time now. So off the bat I wasn't too sure about it. Then as I was reading I noticed that it didn't look very professional at all as there were several errors in it. Now I'm not sure if a lot of people have received this or not but I just though I'd warn you because it asks for your password, Hotmail ID and several other things meaning this is most likely fake, as if it were a real one it would most likely just have a link to click and you'd be done with it. Here it is just to show everyone..

And I posted this here because I thought that it was possibly someone on Sythe trying to get e-mail addresses and whatnot to scam

I love how gay scammers try anything. I had a random account that is not verified and got a similar message.

 

lol, I get like 600 emails a day telling me i've won £10000 or $250000 from BeliefNet and i've won free bibles and other crap. I've had a few hotmail and bank ones but never do anything with emails, fair enough reading it but don't use the links. Even if you went onto your bank or hotmail and found out that way

 

thanks for the warning I tend to get emails saying I need to transfer 10 million you will get to keep 2 million or the you have won 1 million dollars.

I got one and I tried it, Now i know it was a scam.

 

Yeah I just usually if it says its paypal or whatever go to the site myself and login and it never has anything that I've been told and I get loads of emails a day like massacre also

This is like those letters I get in the mail telling me I have won 1 million dollars, but in order to receive the money I must deposit $25,000 in some person's bank account. What a laugh!
