Where do I...?

I need to train strength, I'm lvl 40 defence though. Is there a monster that I can kill that is fast, really good xp and doesn't harm me that much?

Oh come on. There are plenty of sites that have calculators and guides on stuff like this. No matter where you go, though, it's still not going to be easy, so get that out of your head.

 

I definitely like rock crabs, if not that, try minotaurs.

 

Ive heard the minotours (spell check lol) are good, or giant spiders (They hit alot, so maybe not)

i like training of chaos druids, you also get good drops (herbs)

Rock crabs, with 40 def you'll barely be hit.

 

chaos druids, u get a lot of cash-back from herbs... and at 50 range i was getting over 20k xp an hour
