YOU MUST KNOW THIS PERSON TO ANNOY THEM, OR IT WOULD BE AKWARD TO ANNOY SOMEONE YOU DONT KNOW

As you approach an familiar, start to ask them multiple questions of the following, in a sentence fast..

How was your day
Whats your name
Oh what a lovely day!
Want to play?
Lets go play..
Yay playing is fun.
C'mon (namehere)!

If they say ok we can play say

Yay
Woot
Haha woot
Yay lets playyyyy!

And repeat it

If they say no say

Aw
come'on
DICKHEAD!
Dont be a sore sport!
C;mon mann/girlll?

Chapter 2:What to do

Annoy them.. Basically just go against them in arguements, and just keep on trying to make your point. This chapter is nearly.. short because you probably know what to do.

Chapter 3:How to stalk them

At this point, they are probably like.. at that point, go around behind them and start to agree with them.Follow them to their friends house, and really if you are mad at them, start to embarrase them.When you go home, start to say ahahah and laugh at them. >.<
