Explain the service:
This is going to be long.
I hired elevement and his working team first around 15/10/2018.
As always, i require an initial deposit from my trainers to start training/questing accounts.
I arranged with him that he could do a first service so he could cover my deposit fee.
We arranged that he would be responsable for him and his working crew (brother and cousin)
Him, his brother and cousin were doing services on his name for me. I was aware of this.
Proof of him agreeing to my rules & 50m deposit, him responsable for his workers (but im responsable for him)

We all spoke spanish, out native language, so we got along really well real quick.
1 month passed, we were rushing through services like if we were on the top of the competition on sythe.
Jumping to last week, Elevement failed to comunicate an error that he made within training a customer of mine ours, but we quickly resolved it and continued our services.
But, today, him & his crew had hands on 2 accounts, one was a 1 def pure which required Desert treasure/Avas/Mithril Gloves quested.
The other one was just a simple 28-53 thieving service.
I woke up to a message of him saying the account got blocked.
I asked for pictures and he sends me this.
A Marcoing Major BAN.
HE DELETED THE SCREENSHOT OF THE ACCOUNT BEING BANNED BUT I GOT IT ANYWAYS BEFORE HE COULD DO IT.
Proof:
Him saying the account got locked for "robo" = stolen.
But the account was banned because of botting.



Upon this error/botting session, we had a discussion which ended up when his brother, which he had service number 1, mistakenly completed a defence rewarding Quest, ruining an almost maxed 1 defence pure.
He completed Nature Spirit since he according to him, "its the route to mithril gloves"

Since im responsable for my workers, im proceeding to refund losses to my clients.
I wish something could be done about Elevement, since he seems to be on a rage spree into trying to put dirt on my name.
Proof of him, his crew & I sharing a discord chat group where he left after i accused him of their mistakes.

Maybe hold him responsable for his actions and make him

15m refund into the thieving service, he got his account unbanned via the jagex request an unban appeal.
