Alright thread that led to ban. Scammed Me

In the thread I I was trying to explain to the mod taking care of the report that the user I apparently scammed had informed me that he had disputed his transaction. He also deleted about half our discord messages and even admits to doing this in the above report thread he made on me. Today I received a ban for not refunding him the money/giving him the account.

Also today I received one email in the morning from the user requesting his refund on paypal. I went with a gut feeling to wait it out a couple days.

Later today I received another email from the user saying that his dispute was accepted for his refund, and he got his money back, as I was trying to explain... leading me not to go on with the trade and not giving him the account, which then led to his report on me.

So heres step by step what happened in the trade

1. user contacted me for account
2. user sent me money for account
3. user knew i was currently at work and would get home soon to send him info.
4. 25 minutes after he sent the payment and i picked it up user informed me he opened a dispute on transaction
5. after this i decided not to send over account info because of the info he just told me
6. user reported me for scamming
7. i was banned from sythe.
8. user emailed me telling me how his dispute went through.

All im saying is... I didn't give the account because he opened a dispute. And actually got refunded the money.

 

Can you provide proof that he was refunded? I can't see the full image discussing "I've been refunded" - please post everything that is relevant for the refund/dispute where he got his money back.

this is the whole email.



subject line is him stating that he got a refund



and that investigations are underway.



now this dispute was opened up right after i went to my nearest WU to pick the money up



and as i stated in the "report" that's why i didn't get him the account info.

 

This is not the best proof. Is there some sort of transaction number we can have to see the full transaction and/or something to provide proof the buyer received the money besides this email?

 

if you go to the original report thread, he states his email, then you can see the email i received that was in the last post, they are one in the same.

i don't know of anyway to look it up, as it was thru WU. I never received a transaction number.

 

the buyer disputed the transaction, pretty sure he conspired to get me banned, don't think he will admit that he was refunded. The email should be enough, it was definitely from him. He states his email in his report on me, the same email that emailed me saying he got refunded.

The money was disputed like i tried saying so many times, that's how he was refunded, I didnt send the refund myself.

I can't accept an email as proof. I need some sort of validity to the actual refund.

If he emailed you that he got refunded, then why do you think he won't admit to being refunded?
