NvMuchlol scammed me

If I were scamming I'd make sure u was offline from the acc long before I changed pass lmao. I'm not an idiot. If I was scamming you I'd also been blocking you but its the other way around buddy...

 

@Orteganito & @NvMuchLol - Gonna DNT you both until I have enough time to review this mess.

In the mean time, please provide me with the following:
1. Terms of service agreed to
2. Agreed payment for the accounts
3. The quest list for both accounts (including pre-quests)
4. The skill list for both accounts.

It seems like the pure was finished but it has 17 defense now. I will need an explanation for this @Orteganito

1. Terms of service agreed to: 1st task: Skills on the pure acc for 70m, 2nd task couple of quests for his main account for 30m plus more ETA timeframe on the pure account, 3rd task: more quests for main account and all medium diarys for 90m

2. Agreed payment for the accounts
70m of the pure will be paid when acc was finished ( not finished )

first 30m task of main will be paid when 2nd task of main (90m) will be finished

2nd task of 90m will be paid when main account is finished, so 90+30m sould be paid when main acc is done and after 48 hours of wait and constantly lies i wont received any money from him

3. The quest list for both accounts (including pre-quests)

Explanation for the 17 def on pure? it was not me, i logged off and stopped the service due to the scam, in my opinion you ruined you own pure to avoid the 190m payment and incriminate me on sythe, i dont have any proof of that but its my conclusion

 

If I were to scam I'd just block u and quit sythe aswell. Why would I want to find a sulution if I were to scam and ruin my pure?

 

And also at what time did u log off pure during our messages? I'll post picture tomorrow when I get Home in my report case.

 

And 1 last thing, 30+70m was agreed to be paid once pure was done, and 90m once main was done.
As we sit now I cancle the pure order så 17 def. That means the whole payment of 1st and 2nd task.
3rd task I'm willing to pay but not agreed 90m due to u ruined my pure so I wont use that acc again and stole 10m bank from it.. I value the pure at somewhat 50m ATLEAST. Also 10m bank u stole.
Means I'm willing to pay u 30m for ur work as u fucked up big time.

The bank value Starting was 6m aprox and also I banked 4m gp more along when I rebonded when I extended timeframe. Cmon buddy stop trying already admit ur faults just like I did in my post.

 

@NvMuchLol & @Orteganito - If I understand this correctly, the first and second task for the main were finished (30 + 90M), the pure was not (or cut short due to time issues), and has 17 defense. There is no way we can prove it was the service provider so this will be tossed in the claim.

The debts owed will be the completed 120m service

 

The 30m service on main was an addition to the pure service who is not finished due to his lack of time on the pure.
So the terms was 30+70m gets paid ONCE THE PURE WAS DONE. and now it never will be done. hence I wont pay for that.
Nor am I willing to pay full price for the main as he cleared 10m from pure bank(check my post) also got 17 defence.
You cannot prove the def was trained by him but he claims he was not on the acc, but then I will add additional screenshots..
@ortegantino claims he logged of from the pure as soon as he suspected it was a scam(guessing that was way before the time he blocked me at 9.18pm), but his irl brother that he claims it is whom he use as worker told me that 9.38pm that he was still working on the pure, hence he is lying about logging off instant as he suspected I scammed back in around 9.10-9.18pm when he blocked me. Will need a good explanaition to that aswell.

I can also say, as the pure is now not worth a penny for sale or in my posession as I wont use that acc anymore I'm willing to pay him any time but not 90m as he wants.
What I'm willing to pay is 90m-10m bank on pure cleaned, also -60m from the acc ATLEAST. that leaves 20m. Thats what I can agree on.
Or this little fella can man up and start call me on discord and give me an explenation trough voice on how and why this ended up like it did.

As u can see when u Open the gyazo ur sen browser name it after what it is. Unfortunally its not paint copy pasta. I can even gif it and video it if that proves u wrong.

 

Because the pure is considered ruined and there is no concrete evidence that @Orteganito is responsible, the service is stopped and the complete portion of the service is owed, which is the 30m + 90m.

This will need to be paid or you will be banned @NvMuchLol

 

Considering the first Main order was going to be paid when pure is done I wont pay for that for sure. And the fact that I put pure evidence that he still was on the pure after as be claims "he suspected he Will be scammed" I wont pay the full ammount. I am willing to renegotiate the price as I said earlier, or he could simply agree to my terms and call me on discord and explain it all to me by voice to get his money and continiue with the "pure" and get paid for that too.
He got to get his story straight.
Was he on after he suspected be got scammed and trained def or is his brother lying?
I posted everything in evidence that I got I can also post a chat between me and a friend where I claim someone was on my pure.

Here is me chatting with my friend later same night after I spoke to him on rs couple minutes earlier..
I wiped out my friends name and picture in paint. can show the chatlogs between me and all parts included in this service.
All parts means, me, Ortegantino and his 100 brothers since his parents cant protect themselves, also my friend.
Btw he also broke a term of service we had in the first pure order, to notify me WHEN HE LOGGS ON AND OFF from the acc. idk maybe worth mentioning.
also the fact that he used workers for everything, he did not mention that in the beginning. might also be worth mentioning.
