    Well what I was saying was, that wouldn't stop people from making a topic. If I want to have an official for my trade, I will make a topic asking for one. I will not go search for an official waiting for them to add me when I can just wait for one to post on my thread or a pm. The Official list is in the black market.

    Ironblade, how is it outdated?
