[Ban evading Dispute]

I don't understand why I got banned,TWICE on sythe for something that wasn't my fault.

My first account(Teh MM) Got hacked as well as my MSN and runescape accounts.Someone went on my MSN and account and scammed someone,then I got banned.I quit sythe naturally because I had MMed over 15 trades and had over 80 vouches.

I come back 5-7 Months later and I can register on sythe,So I registered.
First thing I do after I register is appeal my account that got banned for nothing I didn't do.

I know You're not supposed to make another account after being banned,but I never did anything wrong to get banned on the first account.

I just want my old account back(Teh MM) or this one,It really doesn't matter but it'd be nice to get my old account back..

I'd be willing to pay the cash back that got scammed,I don't have a lot but I can try to arrange something.

I hope whoever is reading this replies to my topic and gives me a straight to the point answer,and I want to know how I got banned Twice for doing nothing wrong.
