I don't want to say much because this is a heated topic of discussion but I wanted to leave these links here for you guys to come to your own conclusion on vaccines. It is some very interesting information that made me personally reconsider a few personal opinions in regards to big pharma and vaccines in general. There are vaccines that save lives and have helped many, unfortunately, it seems a lot of parasites jump on this notion of goodness and interject their own agendas.

Vaccines have saved the lives of millions of people and attacks against them are entirely unfounded info-wars quality horse-shit.

As for the first video which is the only one I could stomach, he uses population to put context into how much CO2.

The "reducing population" thing was used as a joke because it's something that's not going to happen; it was used as a contrast to the other choices in his presented equations which was to reduce services and the other things the video cuts out.

Also, vaccines, health services, and health care *do* reduce birth rates, because poor people in africa have higher birth rates than people in western countries. When you're poor and have no distractions, you tend to fuck a lot, and when you don't have any access to reproductive health services (sex ed and contraceptives), you end up with a lot of babies.

Also, when he said "reduce that" he meant the projected population growth, not the current population.

It's funny that people that buy into this bullshit have to be deliberately obtuse or ignorant to do so.

The mercury in vaccines (thiomersal) is ethyl mercury. Methyl mercury is dangerous, ethyl mercury is not. The instant somebody mentions anything to do with mercury in vaccines, I instantly know they have no idea what they're talking about in regards to physiology, chemistry, or reality. Why? Consider table salt. It's a compound of sodium, an extremely reactive metal that burns when put in water, and chlorine, a terrifyingly corrosive gas that melts your lungs. Put together, they're perfectly safe and make food delicious. I bring this up to illustrate that chemistry is complicated, and unless you have a degree in chemistry, you really have no business saying what's dangerous or not.

The only worthwhile point in those links is the degradation of peer review in science. I completely agree, it's embarrassing and infuriating, but whether thiomersal is toxic or not is a simple question that has been easily answered.

No. You're not interested in us coming to our own conclusions. You posted incorrect information that's heavily biased towards a particular point of view. You know exactly what conclusion you want us to reach. I'm not a fan of big pharma either, but when you share completely wrong information, you make us ALL look bad.

I don't think Bill Gates has any business talking about death panels or eugenics. He's powerful enough as it is. It's easy for Bill Gates to say "if someone can't afford a surgery they should die as opposed to allowing society to bear the burden of the debt." We all know good and well that if Bill Gates was 150 years old and a doctor told him if he received surgery for 1B dollars he'd live for another year. People as rich as he is can't even fathom what it's like to be a normal citizen, they seem to think that just because they have money and are smart in one field that they have the answer to everything.
