something needs to happen, to much scamming.

complications apply to everything. and yet people still get pass them

yes but also, chat log from msn isnt proof of a scam.
now if there we scamming in this "new" chat system

well i havent been on these forums that long and havent been trough the suggestions but,
not a chat box. a chat system , like a program that can be personlized to fit with the sythe forums.

and , middlemen are not always available and they still can scam

my point for this thread is if we had a chat system ot something close

we would be able to ban all the scammers with the necessary proof.
and for the hacking part of sythe.
i say make passwords have a must of more than 10 characters

umm 50/50 that shouldnt even be alowed to happen
i will always use a mm from now on
and mods dont always ban scammers. ive been scammed once by someone with like 16 vouchs or somesht and i have proof and nothing has happened to them

Scammers scam b/c they are greedy and lazy. I am lazy, and greedy for money, but in my life, i havent scammed one person, people call me scamer, but they got nothing on me, I tell the truth when it comes to trades, but i know other people dont, I play another game for fun and social, Im tryin to buy some rs accounts with the money on that game, got scammed 4 times in a row >.>

I mean, wth, people that greedy? I held up my end of the deal, they fuckin didnt. Pisses me off, you dont know who you could be scamming. Scammers should be i.p. banned, not "Banned" by having their name crossed out and banned next to it, even if they have that, people think they dont scam anymore, but they do.

I dont like using Official mm's b/c first, they charge >.> seond, their sorta hard to reach. So unofficial are ok with me, if they have a trusted history, and have done recent trades. I mean, i dont see why officials charge people, to not get scammmed, its sorta low, even though they may mm alot of them, i mean, you do it to help people out, not for personal gain >.>

We can come up with a system where every trade is awarded a point. Every bad trade is deducted a point. The users who trade award the points. That way, we can eliminate the vouches, which mean shit to me :/

 

actually an irc cant really protect anyone except if every sythe user was registered to the irc and well at least half of sythes members arent so her idea is pretty good we could have some kind of chat that links ur sythe login info to ur chat acc that way there cant be any imposters

 

sythe admins mod and stuf and lives to and are not sad nerds....

Agreed, this won't fully stop imposter's as some/most people will ignore this idea and just trade as they normally did.

Like "Thebombdotorg" said, who care's if you know it's them on Sythe, they can still scam you. But it would be better proof to get them banned.

Though, since it will decrease a lot/a bit of the ammount of scammer's and imposter's i'm supporting this idea. Even though she's now banned for ban evading.

 

You can't stop people from being scammed. It's literally impossible.

 

This is what annoys me guys, People say they need to stop scamming. Scamming wouldn't happen if people weren't greedy.

If you feel your going to get scammed and don't want to go through with it. Use a Middleman ( Make sure they are on the list!). Or don't do the trade theres nothing worse then regretting a trade.
