ever get bored of playing runescape for hours, when you need to get something done?
this is what my guide it for in these simple steps

1. stay on until you cant physically go on playing runescape.

2. take this break as an opportunity to make/drink a caffine filled drink, i suggest coffee with about 5 tea spoons of coffee in (it may be strong but it fucking works)

3. while you're waiting for the caffine to kick in, do something off topic, perhaps talk to a girl/boy you like on msn, maybe watch a bit of porn, watch a pk video... hey i dont judge people, what ever you do in your own time is your business (h)

4. if you have a pure go pking on that for about half an hour before you continue with what you were originally doing.

5. repeat this cycle, and just remember to get off before what ever time your family wake up. you may denie being addicted to runescape to them, but if you're playing it all night you would find it increasingly harder to denie


remember - dont smoke weed or drink alcohol while attempting an all nighter - these are depressant drugs and will make you sleepy
