dispute between buyer & seller

There's not really a template for this so I'll just write it out to the best of my ability.

Seller: @CharlesBen20
Buyer: @Hajox
Middleman: @Ice Queen

I have received the payment of 150M OSRS from @Hajox for this account.
The details of the gmail account + runescape accounts were then sent to @Hajox.
These details include: The runescape login, runescape password, bank pin, gmail login, gmail password

@Hajox then declines to go through with the trade as he saw some emails regarding a website that buys/sells runescape accounts. @CharlesBen20 wants to be paid as the user now has access to all details.

What is the best course of action from here?

 

I declined the trade because after checking the email of the account I saw he had signed up for an account selling/buying website and had opened a ticket with them (I have screenshots). I couldn't see what was in these tickets as it was through his account on their site, but I didn't want to risk that he potentially purchased the account.

Regardless, he did give me the information that was described. After stating that I didn't want to go through with it, however, he claimed to our middleman and I that I had changed the information which I haven't (It is still the same as the information that he gave me it under). I have video proof of me typing in the original info that was provided, but the seller insists that I have all the information that is needed to completely recover the account, and insists he must be paid.

 

First of all I tried to sell my account to acckings, I tried to sell my account through them but since I had no vouches acckings declined me. You can ask acckings from sythe for a confirmation. Back to our problem, both of us confirmed our trade and he “Hajox” paid 150M to the middleman. After confirmation from the middleman I released all the information from my account (Gmail password and bankpin) to “Hajox” btw he already had my password before he paid to our middleman Ice queen. Now after he has access to my gmail, rs account and rs bank he doesn’t let Ice queen pay me because he went through all my mail history on my gmail and saw a mail from me with acckings which has nothing to do with our trade. My risk now is that he can recover my gmail account and runescape account (since he know password history and had access to everything + I also don’t know what he have done on my gmail account while he had access to it) and with that he can change the runescape password from the future owner to steal his/her items. If that ever happens the future owner will come back to me for complains. So I claim a payment from Ice queen now since I won’t take back the account because a third person had access to it and I cannot promise the future owner a guarantee of security because he has my password history.

I hope you understand people usually doesn’t give original created gmail aswell but since I am a newcomer it’s a service that I provide. If you never had access to my gmail you would have never made a problem out of nothing. Also acckings is a trusted sythe member and I give him the rights to show you our conversation.

You are buying my account and not my gmail history. Even if I had contact with Obama it’s basically non of your business.

 

Since I only had 1 password before I changed to the password he has right now. There is a 50% chance of recovery of my account from his side. He also has my phone number and he can check the date of creation at the npc in Lumbrdige so I hope the mods understand my account is at a risk if I sell it to another person so I cannot take it back.

 

@Hajox decided to purchase the account. This has been resolved, sorry for the trouble!
