[Precautionary Report] Against Karter99

I don't think this constitutes a scam per se, it's simply something to keep in mind as there are many legitimate services out there and I think this should be considered a grave infraction.

Explanation of the trade: No trade. I posted on here giving a vouch and I instantly got a pm from him claiming he is available and has workers available to do my (potential) orders.
Amount scammed: None.
How they scammed: They hijacked somebody else's trade.
Proof that it's their Discord or Skype: ---- Sythe pm -----
Discord ID + Unique Discord ID or Skype profile ID & conversation pictures: Not necessary.

Additional information: I think this is rude, I think this warrants a warning at the very least as this is explicitly sales thread hijacking (waiting for people to vouch or post and then sniping them offering better prices).

And he will be given a warning for spam advertising. If he continues he will receive a temporary ban + market restrictions.
