    Explanation of the trade: The beginning of the year me and two other friends wanted to play OSRS. After being scammed on PowerBot I recommended account warehouse because I seen they had good accounts. So we bought three accounts TWO of which we still own (both are in my possession since my friend quit)


    Amount scammed: Around $300-$400 in BTC


    How they scammed: We went inactive on OSRS to find out the accounts was recovered, right? I sent in a ticket and got one back which I will provide proof below. We got that back, yes? Easily. Now I try to get the 3rd account back which was recovered also. Instead of assisting me they accuse us of trying to re-sell the account. (Not to be a dick, but seriously we have a lot of money and we do not need to re-sell an 'runescape' account) But I showed them proof that the account is on the ORIGINAL owner email as it was clearly recovered.

    Here is proof that we was scammed via PB and went to accountwarehouse:

    This is the 1st screenshot where I told him to buy us the accounts from accountwarehouse (after being scammed on PB, I can link the scam report because that member is now BANNED from the site) As you can see it was at the beginning of the year.

    Now, here I will include PROOF we still infact have 2/3 of the accounts. They will probably say its two different accounts, but I'm a grown man I don't have to time to max CMB two accounts, cmon now. Also included the time and date which is right now.

    Now, I will include the email when I tried to recover it and he said I needed to have my friend do it because it was from his email, then he accused my friend of "re-selling" it.

    Here is the proof we bought it from them also (the 3rd account we are missing and accused of selling)

    Now, here is where the good part comes. I will try to "reset" the password and you can clearly see the email is under the original owner email they gave us. So how did we sell it? Site literally offers no support and shuts you down and accuses you of something you didn't do.

    That's the final screenshot. If a staff member on this site or w.e wants to see the full email of the account we bought I will PM you it and you can count out the characters and see that they match exactly. The owner recovered it now we are being accused of selling the account when it's clearly in the owner email, lol.

    Also to add-on to show you guys I'm not bullshitting we took a break and cameback 2/3 accounts was recovered and literally this is what I said;

    This is when they finally gave us 1 of the accounts back and I logged in and you can even see him confirm that the ONE account I mentioned we had left wasnt recovered but the other one was. Blurred name and account name for obvious reasons.

    You have already admitted that you shared, traded, and/or sold the accounts thus voiding your warranty. Your screenshots show this along with your emails that you and your "friends" sent in. Ironically, you and your "friends" all use the same IP address. When you contacted us on the website, you refused to provide us to email password for us to investigate your claims. All this makes it impossible for us to invoke your warranty since we have no proof of what happened. To us it looks like one of your friends decided they wanted the account from you. In the future we recommend you do not share accounts and keep the email safe since without that information we can not properly investigate an issue.

    The account wasn't "shared" or "traded" he bought three accounts for us three to PLAY. We didn't "share" anything because the accounts would be locked from different IP's. I just hold all the accounts because they don't play anymore. Everytime we try to recover it you guys responce is "cant support u since ur friend tried to sell it". Like? You guys really throw accusations at people who literally went to your website and dropped over $1000 on accounts.

    Not to mention what makes this even worse is the fact you guys KNOW you can recover the account because you guys ask for recovery questions but yet you still refuse to help us? That's bullshit. We spent good money and deserve support instead of being blowed off saying we tried to "sell" the account. I dropped proof of this we never did that. I had one account, my friend had another and we had the third one. If you want me to be honest with you Tyler. It's not even about the account because like I said money is no problem it's the fact that I told you guys after we bought those accounts we spent over 6-10k$ USD on gold. I just literally want support but you guys refuse to offer it with a bullshit reason as "he sold the account" "he shared it" um, why would someone buy 3 accounts for themselves? That's not sharing. That's literally a gift from a friend.

    Oh and bu the way me and my "friend" doesn't have the same IP address. I can get him to post on here right now. He literally lives in EU and I live in the USA, lmao. So I fail to see what that has to do with anything. The only reason I'm bickering about this is because I'm not about to let us get literally ripped off when nothing was violated. Where does it say buying the account for the friend voids the warranty on your site? Listen, the person who did buy these for us could careless because $1000 is chump change to him, but I'm not letting this go until we get some actual support lol. Throwing the "sold/shared account so warranty is voided" is just a quick getaway.

    Like I literally recommended him because I thought you guys was 100 and kept it real, clearly not.

    Changing the email voids the warranty that you agreed to with Accountwarehouse. You are free to continue through their support to see if there is anything they can do for you.
